Our public safety personnel (PSP) are among the professionals serving on the front lines of this crisis nationwide. PSP, their leaders, and their families need and deserve the best support we can offer while working to help manage the pandemic impact. At CIPSRT, we are working hard to provide access to supports that will include accurate, reliable, and credible information and resources.
This course is designed to improve depression, anxiety and posttraumatic stress injuries. PSPNET is based at the University of Regina as part of the Canadian Institute for Public Safety Research and Treatment (CIPSRT) and led by Dr. Heather Hadjistavropoulos, one of Canada’s leading scholars on ICBT.
These resources will give you a better understanding of mental health in the context of the experiences and pressures of first responders, as well as the broader population.
